After you have completed your order online, you will receive a confirmation by email. If you ordered using only your phone number, you will then receive an SMS with a link to your order overview. Within your customer account, you can view the current processing status of your order. Once your order has been handed over to the shipping service provider, you will receive another email notification. Additionally, DHL will send you an email so that you can easily track your shipment.
