Are refunds or exchanges offered?

If a product does not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within 14 days without providing any reason. We cover the return shipping costs. Please use our Returns Portal.

For a refund to be possible, the items must be returned in their original condition – including all tags and in the undamaged original packaging. Please note that personalized products are excluded from exchange and return.

Refunds are processed within a few days after receiving the returned item using the original payment method.

Since exchanges are not offered, you would need to return the old items and place a new order separately for the desired items.

Vouchers:
If you used a voucher code for your order, the corresponding amount will be automatically credited back to the same voucher code upon return. The code can then be used again. Please keep the code safe!
