How long does delivery take?
If your desired item is available, delivery within Germany generally takes 1–3 business days. You can also find the exact delivery time directly on the relevant item page.
For deliveries abroad, you should allow a little more time – delivery generally takes 3–7 business days.
For personalised products, production time can be up to four weeks.
We send vouchers directly to you as a PDF by email.
If you order several items with different delivery times, we generally ship your order together. In this case, the delivery time is based on the item with the longest delivery time.
How much does shipping cost?
Within Germany, you pay €4.95 shipping costs for orders under €50. For orders of €50 or more, delivery is free.
You also pay €4.95 shipping costs to Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands, and delivery is free for orders of €50 or more.
For other EU countries we deliver to, as well as Switzerland, we charge €9.80. Shipping there is free for orders of €100 or more.
You can also see the shipping costs applicable to your order in the shopping cart and before completing your order. You can find all the details on our Payment & Shipping page.
How can I track my delivery?
As soon as your order has left our logistics centre, we will send you a shipping confirmation with your tracking information.
We currently ship with DHL Standard Shipping. You can use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation at any time to see where your parcel is and when it is expected to arrive. You can also track your shipment directly via DHL tracking.
You can also view the current processing status of your order in your customer account.
My tracking information is not updating – what can I do?
Don't worry, sometimes it takes a little while for the next step to appear in the tracking information. Especially after the electronic notification, it may take some time before your parcel is recorded at the DHL parcel centre for the first time.
It is best to check the tracking information again a little later.
Has the status not changed for a longer period or has the stated delivery time already passed? Then please contact our customer service via our contact form and have your order number ready. We will check where your parcel is.
My parcel is shown as delivered, but it is not there – what can I do?
First, check the DHL tracking. You will often find more information there about where your parcel was left.
Please also check whether it was left with a neighbour, at an agreed safe place or at another specified delivery location.
Still unable to find your parcel? Then please contact our customer service via our contact form and have your order number and tracking number ready. We will help you resolve the issue with DHL.
Can I have my order delivered to a Packstation?
Yes, within Germany you can also have your order delivered to a DHL Packstation.
We need the following:
- your first and last name,
- your personal DHL PostNumber,
- the number of the Packstation you want, and
- the postcode and city of the Packstation.
You can enter this information directly as the delivery address during your order. DHL also explains there how to enter the address correctly with your PostNumber.
Which countries do you deliver to?
In addition to Germany, we deliver to numerous European countries as well as Switzerland.
You can currently have your order delivered to Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Cyprus.
The applicable shipping costs and free-shipping thresholds depend on the delivery country.
Additional import duties or customs charges may apply to deliveries to Switzerland.
What happens if I am not at home when delivery is attempted?
If DHL cannot reach you during delivery, the next steps depend on the delivery options available for your shipment.
Via DHL tracking, you can see whether your parcel will be redelivered, for example, left at a safe place or taken to a branch or another DHL pickup location for collection.
It is therefore best to check your tracking information first – you will find the latest information about your delivery there.
