Collar or harness – which is better for my dog?
That depends on your dog and what you want to use the equipment for. A collar can be put on and taken off quickly and is a straightforward everyday companion for many dogs.
A harness distributes the tension over a larger area of the body. Depending on the model, it offers additional adjustment and fastening options. For dogs that do not like having something pulled over their heads, there are also harnesses that can be put on differently.

You can find the most important information directly on the respective product page. Depending on the item, this may include:

- measuring, usage and care instructions.
For products with different sizes or variants, the displayed information may change as soon as you make a selection. If any information is missing, please contact our Customer Service. It is best to provide us with the product name or item number.
My desired item is unavailable – what can I do?
If an item or a particular variant is sold out, you will find the “Notify me when available” option on the product page, if offered. Enter your email address there. We will notify you as soon as the item is available again.
For some products, we also show an estimated time for when they will be available again. However, a notification does not reserve the item. For popular products or sizes, it may therefore be a good idea to check back soon after receiving the notification.
Can I personalise a collar with a name or telephone number?
Yes. In our dog collars with names section, you can find models that you can customise individually.
First select the desired collar, as well as the size and colour. You can then choose the available personalisation options – depending on the model, for example your dog’s name or a telephone number.
Please check the size, spelling and all selected options once again before placing your order. Your collar will be made individually according to the information you provide. You can find the current delivery time directly on the product page.
Can I get advice when choosing a product?
Of course. If you are unsure between two sizes or would like to know which product suits your dog and your everyday life, our Customer Service team will be happy to help.
The more information you provide, the more specifically we can support you. Helpful information includes:

- back length, if it is important for the product,
- your dog’s size or weight, and
