How do I redeem my Club Coins?
Log in to your customer account and open the myHUNTERclub section. There you can select an available reward and see how many Club Coins you need for it.
Once you have redeemed your reward, you will receive a personal reward code. Enter it in the designated field in your shopping cart or at checkout.
Depending on the reward, additional conditions may apply, such as a minimum order value, a minimum quantity or the selection of a specific product. For a free product, first add the item to your shopping cart and then enter the reward code.
The applicable conditions are displayed directly with each reward. Before completing your order, please check that your reward has been applied correctly.
Which rewards can I redeem with my Club Coins?
You can see which rewards are currently available directly in the myHUNTERclub. Depending on the current offer, these may include discounts, free shipping, free products or other club benefits.
The selection of rewards and the number of Club Coins required may change. Individual reward products may only be available while stocks last.
Can I combine club rewards with other discounts or promotions?
As a general rule, club rewards cannot be combined with other discount promotions or special offers. If a combination is possible for a particular reward or promotion, this will be stated explicitly.
Please always check the relevant reward and promotion conditions before redeeming your reward.
What happens to my Club Coins if I return a reward?
Our general conditions regarding delivery, cancellation and statutory warranty apply to reward products unless otherwise stated for the respective reward.
In the event of a valid return or cancellation, the Club Coins used for the reward will be credited back to you. The value of the points cannot be paid out in cash. You can find further details in the terms and conditions of participation.
Can I cash out my Club Coins or transfer them to someone else?
No. Club Coins are personal loyalty points with no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, sold, gifted or transferred to another customer account.
You can only use your Club Coins for the rewards and benefits offered in the myHUNTERclub.
