How do I care for my new product?

The care instructions can be found under the "Notes" tab on the product detail page. There you can read how to properly care for your new leather collar or your new dog bed, for example. Most covers for dog beds are removable and washable. The bowls are generally dishwasher safe. Nylon collars, harnesses, and leashes should only be hand washed. Many of the materials are low-maintenance and easy to clean.

Note: Most leathers are already treated and require minimal care. Do not dry wet leather on the heater!
